Path of Exile 2 is released, but it is not an independent game

  • Path of Exile 2 announced today at ExileCon that it is currently a major exhibition in Auckland, New Zealand. Despite the title, it's not a separate new game, but an extension that can also completely modify the base game in the process.

    Path of Exile 2 will add a new seven-story story that takes place 20 years after the end of the current game. It will revolutionize many of the game's core systems and redesign the mechanics of each of the seven character classes in the game. It is also undergoing major visual redoing through physics-based rendering. For example, an arrow bounces off certain surfaces and sticks to other surfaces depending on its composition.

    The Path of Exile 2 character will use the same "class prototype" as the original game, but you must create a new class to play the new story. The POE 2 role can be selected from 19 new, different old sublimation categories that will still be used in the original Path of Exile activity. Fortunately, all Buy POE Currency and cosmetics will be preserved because they all exist in an ecosystem.

    Path of Exile 2 has a long way to go: "Grinding Gear Games" says it is not possible to start beta testing until the second half of 2020. The schedule, which will be available in the "Path of Exile 1" and "Path of Exile 2" campaigns.
